Santander’s stock splits three ways: waterfront and Centro flats on Paseo de Pereda and Castelar, family blocks in San Fernando, and beach-side / El Sardinero addresses toward Camilo Alonso Vega. The Santander map lists 96 agencies. Review language is management, sales contract and rental agreement — a northern resale city, not a holiday-let strip.

Paseo de Pereda and Centro (39002–39004)

ALTAMIRA21 at Paseo de Pereda 35, bajo (4.9★, 417 reviews) shares the building with Luxury real estate in Santander (4.6★, 340). Same doorway, two cards: open both, then ask which agent actually holds the llaves. Clients mention sales and rentals on the ALTAMIRA21 card; the “Luxury” card leans sales-contract and trust.

A block inland, Rk Idepisos on Calle Castelar 35 (4.8★, 458) is the volume leader. Residential-building and management mentions dominate — Puertochico / Centro resale, not a chalet in Liencres. Inmobiliaria Cobo Mantecón on Calle Lealtad 22 (4.8★, 159) and lfcantabria on Calle Hernán Cortés 38 (4.5★, 217) fill out the Centro grid (39002–39003).

San Fernando and the rental desks (39008, 39001)

San Fernando Real Estate on Calle Burgos 36 (4.4★, 416) is the neighbourhood office whose keywords put floor and rental agreement above prestige. Pas Nuevo Piso on Calle Jesús de Monasterio 1 (4.6★, 282) is the sales-contract card in the same 39008 — use it for a purchase, San Fernando RE for a let.

Back in Centro, Arrenda on Calle Rubio 2 (4.5★, 288) is the named rental shop: “rental agreement” leads its list. Rentas y Capitales on Calle Río Danubio 1 (4.6★, 198) sits in 39012 (Nueva Montaña / south) and repeats the rental + residential-building pattern. Do not walk there from Pereda expecting a five-minute appointment.

El Sardinero, Cuatro Caminos and Bezana

RE/MAX Vértice on Calle Camilo Alonso Vega 26 (4.8★, 193) is the 39007 / El Sardinero-adjacent franchise. Inmosantander on Floranes 11 (4.8★, 167) is the 39010 / Cuatro Caminos independent — entrada Plaza de las Cervezas on the card.

Outside the municipal line, Tania Astuy Inmobiliaria in Santa Cruz de Bezana (4.9★, 187) is in the same places file. Useful if you are comparing Santander city prices with the first coastal towns west; label it as a car trip, not a Centro walk.

Ask for the nota simple, IBI, and whether the building is in a zona inundable or has pending façade work — common on older Centro blocks. If the brief is El Sardinero, check winter heating and whether the comunidad already funded a lift; if it is San Fernando, ask about street parking versus a plaza in the same building.
