Ask for the nota simple, IBI, and whether the block already voted façade. A Linares or Úbeda listing on a Jaén desk is a different drive — second appointment, not a Constitución stroll.

García-Triviño and the plaza are a short taxi, not one Saturday with kids if you also want Avenida de Andalucía. If the brief is a 1970s block in 23009, start with Moyza or RK ACM. Centro fincas around AGA and Solvia need a different viewing day: pedestrian access and parking change more than the asking price.
