Real Estate Agencies in Alcalá de Henares: Calle Mayor, La Garena and the Station

Alcalá is a Complutense university town with two agency maps that do not walk as one. Calle Mayor and the historic centre (28801–28802) hold independents in listed streets. La Garena / 28806 and Paseo de la Estación hold the volume shops next to the Cercanías and the mall. The Alcalá map lists 87 offices, almost all inside the city — this is not a leaked Madrid list. Calle Mayor and the historic centre

Mayor Inmobiliaria at Calle Mayor 19 (4.9★, 564) is the street everyone photographs. Guests mention rental agreements even more than sales — useful if the brief is a let in a listed building, not only a purchase. LOOK HOUSE on Calle Postigo 12 (5.0★, 93) is the smaller 28802 5.0, with floor, management and notary mentions.

Do not confuse this loop with La Garena. Calle Mayor is pedestrian and slow; a Saturday with two viewings here does not also fit Juan Carlos I.

La Garena, station and 28805–28807

Valeshouse at Avenida Juan Carlos I 1, local 8 (4.9★, 832) is the volume leader. Rental agreement, floor, management and sales contract all land here — the La Garena / 28806 card, next to the mall, not the university façade. Tecnocasa at Paseo de la Estación 1 (4.8★, 573) is the station franchise; there are other Tecnocasa boards in Alcalá (Torrelaguna, Puente Rialto) — open the card and check the street before you book.

Century 21 Metro Cuadrado on Calle Teniente Ruiz 2 (4.5★, 461) leads on sales-contract mentions in 28805. Exclusivas Alcalá at Avenida Guadalajara 9 (5.0★, 109) is the smaller perfect-score shop on the same side of town. Alquiler Seguro on Vía Complutense 54 bis (4.0★, 265) is the let specialist — guests mention security deposits and documentation more than “trust.” Use it for a long let; do not treat the 4.0 as a sales ranking.

Ask for the nota simple, IBI, and — on Calle Mayor especially — whether the building is listed and what the community already voted. A Torrejón or Coslada card that shares a franchise name is a different Cercanías stop. Madrid capital desks are not this file.

La Garena and Calle Mayor are a bus or a long walk, not one loop with a pushchair. If the brief is a 1990s block next to the mall, start with Valeshouse and use the station Tecnocasa as the second quote. Historic-centre fincas around Mayor and LOOK HOUSE need a different viewing day: access, lift and tourist noise change more than the asking price.
